{"id":982,"date":"2018-05-08T08:51:22","date_gmt":"2018-05-08T08:51:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pillifond.ee\/uus\/?page_id=982"},"modified":"2020-03-09T15:26:35","modified_gmt":"2020-03-09T15:26:35","slug":"musicians","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pillifond.ee\/en\/musicians\/","title":{"rendered":"Musicians"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>The Instrument Foundation\u2019s statute for Instrument Use<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The Estonian Foundation of Musical Instruments (hereafter Instrument Foundation) accepts applications for using musical instruments (hereafter Instrument) from all Estonian citizens who have a degree in the appropriate field (violin, viola, cello) or are currently studying in an internationally recognised (accredited) music educational institution.<\/li>\n<li>The application documents must consist of the previous two year\u2019s creative achievement descriptions and the plans for the next two years together with a field specific CV and recommendation letters from two internationally recognised specialists in the same field.<\/li>\n<li>The use of the Instrument is decided by the Instrument Foundation\u2019s expect council whose members are not made public.<\/li>\n<li>The expert council gives its proposal to the Instrument Foundation\u2019s council whose decision is final and not subject to dispute.<\/li>\n<li>A contract is signed between the Instrument Foundation and the Instrument\u2019s user concerning the Instrument\u2019s use. Using the Instrument takes place according to the Instrument Foundation\u2019s Instrument use procedures.<\/li>\n<li>The Instrument Foundation may announce a competition, if there are more than five applications for an Instrument.
