The training group members are the instrument maker and entrepreneur Andrei Tsvetkov; instrument makers who have done practical work in Estonia Mart Kuusma and Peeter Margus; the violin maker Teodor Hiiemaa who has studied under Raivo Hiiemaa, as well as the viola player Joosep Ahun, who has studied at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre as well as in the Hague, Paris and Rennes.
In the year 2019 two seminars for representatives of the Estonian business circle will take place, on investing in rare string instruments, where investment opportunities will be introduced by internationally highly acclaimed experts from Germany, Finland and Great Britain. The aim of the trainings is to introduce the investment opportunities and increase the awareness of the possibility to invest in historical string instruments.
Project participants are the Finnish and Swedish Violin Makers Guilds and instrument experts Hieronymus Köstler from Germany and John Dilworth from Great Britain.
The project will be realised in the framework of the creative industries development action activity „Increasing awareness about creative industries“. The project is financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
