Auguste Sébastien BERNARDEL (Père)

Year: 1830-1840

A. S. Bernardel (1798–1870) is one of the most remarkable violin makers known as Bernardel Pére. He worked in the known centres for masters – Mirecour and Paris. The instrument has a large and deep sound as well as a fullbodied lower register.

The violin has been certified by Vatelot–Rampal (Paris).
