Violin
Auguste Sébastien BERNARDEL (Père)
Year: 1830-1840
A. S. Bernardel (1798–1870) is one of the most remarkable violin makers known as Bernardel Pére. He worked in the known centres for masters – Mirecour and Paris. The instrument has a large and deep sound as well as a fullbodied lower register.
The violin has been certified by Vatelot–Rampal (Paris).
Investing in the instrument foundation is a socially responsible investment that promotes Estonian culture and musical life as well as provides support to outstanding young musicians. I am very honoured to be a participant in establishing the foundation and making my contribution to it.
